RETURN POLICY

Dead Sea Goods, LLC prides itself in the quality of product it provides to its customers.

Return criteria

Dead Sea Salts and Muds are extracted from the point of origin. All are known for its unique natural earthy scent.  These products are not
fruity or always flavored to your liking. The earthy and natural scents of Dead Sea Minerals, Salts, and Muds are not always masked by other essential oils or ingredients. If you are purchasing any product that contains Dead Sea Salt, Minerals, or Mud, you agree to receive the product that may not be to the liking of your sense of scent. Returns requested due to dislike of a product smell will not be authorized.

If you would like to return the product, please confirm that the item was purchased within 30 days of request for return and you have the original order confirmation receipt available and the order number.

Use the eligibility criteria to see if your return request meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • Item received has visible signs of damage or evidence of product leak (excludes damage to the shipping box / envelope/ product box (if product container intact))
  • Incorrect item received – the item on the order does not match the item received
  • Product received; original packaging intact
  • Other – complete the Return Authorization Form to describe the reason for return

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization

A request for return will be reviewed by our customer service representatives within 3 business days of receipt.  Provided that the return request was approved and the set criteria were met, you may proceed with your return.

Shipping Returns

  1. Select the carrier of your choice (we recommend using a carrier that can provide you with a tracking information).
  2. Package your product securely to prevent any further damage. For any liquid or glass containers, use protective packaging and secure within the shipping box or an envelope.
  3. Place a copy of return authorization approval inside your shipping box or envelope.

Dead Sea Goods, LLC is not responsible for in-transit damages or product damage while in transit due to poor packaging configuration of returned items.  No refunds will be issued for product that received as damaged while in transit or lost in transit.

Refund Policy

Any refunds will be made back in the original form of payment.  It may take up to 60 calendar days before your refund is credited back to your account and appears on your financial statement.  The return of funds back to your account is contingent upon banking institution’s ability to process returns and your statements cycle based on the interface of the two financial entities. Dead Sea Goods, LLC is not responsible for any data / information transmission and duration of transactions between the company’s merchant and the customer’s financial institution.
